Return Policy:

For returns via mail follow these instructions:

1. Call customer service at 814-472-6500 and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number

2. Include the following information in your package: RA#, name, address, phone number, email address, and reason for return

3. Ship merchandise securely wrapped, pre-paid and insured to:

**Please note that being issued a RA# does not guarantee automatic approval or credit for your return. All returns are subject to inspection**

 

Returns accepted within 30 days, tags still attached. Product must not have been worn/used. Store credit will be issued as long as your return is within 30 days of purchase.
